  My favorite wings in town.
  
  Staff is always nice and offers excellent customer service. We usually opt for takeout and our orders have always been correct, staff adds enough utensils and napkins without having to ask. I love how efficient they are here.
  
  Aside from service even though this location is pretty busy, they are able to maintain it clean and orderly.
  
  I tend to order chicken strips with original sauce. I love how the chicken is so flavorful and the heat in the sauce is on point. Veggies and warm bread complete this perfect meal.

  Poor service, rude attitude of the person at the cashier. A 30 minute wait for 6 wings? Really?
  This location is an absolute joke, didnt see a manager so that basically tells you why it is such a shit show.
  Horrible staff, lines were long just because the staff couldnt keep up with the orders.
  Stay away from this location, unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your food and have the cashier tell you that this is a norm at this restaurant.

  I see why they have a high rating! My first time here and I had a great experience. I've been getting really bad service lately and I'm happy this young man could turn this week around and give superior service! It's simple, I ordered all flats for my chicken wings. When my order came up, he questioned the cooks if they were all flat. At that point I was satisfied and would not have checked, but he brought my order over to me and checked before he handed it to me.
  
  I feel bad I didn't get his name because I threw my receipt away. He'll know who he is. It was him and the girl with the pretty eyes.
  
  I hope Epic Wings management recognizes staff like this gentleman is the reason why they have great ratings!  Thank you sir for making my late lunch experience nice! KUDOS!

  Went there with the kiddos on Monday, after a few months.  It was as delicious as ever.
  I went with the double chicken strip meal, with the garlic mild sauce, bread sticks, and a side of French fries.

  I am updating my review to 4-stars on this place.  The owner, Sam, reached out to me and explained the reason why the wings came out cold and soggy.  
  
  For everyone who opts to order crunchier wings, you could have the option to order the extra crispy from the menu.
  
  This is a good example of how people should do business.  Sam took the time to listen to the customers' concerns.  Thanks again, Sam.
  
  We'll sure come back for more mouth-watering wings again next time!

  Overall rating is 3.5
  
  The chicken wings are tender with just the right amount of creamy mild sauce.
  
  On the other hand, the wings came out cool to the touch with a soggy skin.  We expected the w to be crispy.
